3 Bags Full are a group of people based in Liskeard who love to work and play with wool. They run fun, friendly woolly events. 3 Bags Full started with a wool market, workshops and a wonderful but very wet wool wrapping dance around town in April 2013. Since 2014 they have held events every Autumn.
At their Wool Market this year they raised over £700 for Cornwall Mind through the £1 entrance fee and donations to the yarn swap. They also had some collection boxes in shops and cafes for people who liked the yarn bombing and wanted to contribute.
Our very own Maureen Newman, CEO from Cornwall Mind, went to collect the cheque and tell everyone about some of the vital work we do to support people with mental health problems.
