Carrick Mind Mental Elf Bikeathon

To kick start our new Get Set to Go service that launches in December, The Carrick Mind team were at Asda Penryn 10.00am-4.00pm on Tuesday 11^th December for our Mental Elf fundraising Bikeathon! We raised £278.94! Thank you everybody for your kind donations.

Carrick Mind’s vision is mental wellbeing for all; we want everyone in our local communities to be aware of and know how to improve their wellbeing. Regular physical activity is associated with lower rates of depression and anxiety. An active lifestyle not only keeps our bodies healthy but makes us feel good too!
