Mental Health Awareness Week 2018-STRESS Are we coping?

Stress-Are we coping?
It’s Mental Health Awareness Week: 14-20 May 2018 and stress is this year’s theme.
We all get stressed, being under pressure is a normal part of life. It can help us take action, feel more energised and get results. But if we often become overwhelmed by stress, these feelings could start to be a problem.
Research shows that 16 million people experience a mental health problem each year, and stress is a key factor in this. By identifying and dealing with stress we can go a long way to tackling mental health problems such as anxiety and depression.
Come and say hello and join us for coffee on Thursday 17th May at
10.30-12.30 at Palacio Lounge Falmouth. Our Carrick Mind team will be there to answer questions, provide information and offer advice. We need to raise awareness around mental health and support our local community.
