Starting on the 8th June, every Thursday from 2.00 – 4.00pm for 6 weeks.
Take control of your mental health and wellbeing and join our free, face to face programme based around the Five Ways to Wellbeing.
Connect, keep learning, give, take notice and be active.
Learn about each of the Five Ways and how you can incorporate them into everyday life. It’s a friendly, no pressure group, with plenty of time for chatting over a cuppa too!
