We’re here to fight for mental health. However you identify, we’re here to fight for you.
Even with all the progress of recent years, those of us who identify as LGBTQIA+ are still more likely to face discrimination. Abuse. Stigma. The effect this can have on your mental health is enormous. And LGBTQIA+ people are more likely to experience a mental health problem because of it.
We support all LGBTQIA+ communities. Not just during Pride. But all year round.
During Pride month, there’s a big spotlight on LGBTQIA+ people. It’s by and large a great thing – but sometimes it can be negative. Things can get heated and it can take a toll on your mental health if you identify as LGBTQIA+.
We’re here to support anyone on mental health. But if you need specific LGBTQIA+ mental health support, visit Mind.
