Studies have shown that singing can help lift mood and reduce stress, it can even boost our immune system helping to improve our physical health.
Singing For Wellbeing Group in Camborne
Singing for Wellbeing is a singing group for people affected and bereaved by the loss of someone close to them who may have died by suicide – this could be a family member, a partner or a friend.
When? The first Friday of every month 10.00 am – 12 noon.
Sing For Joy Group in Camborne
Sing for Joy is a singing group for anyone who wants to sing with others to improve their sense of wellbeing and happiness.
When? The first Thursday of every month 10.00 am – 12 noon.
Our singing groups offer a safe and supportive environment with a chance to connect with others, benefit from peer support, and enjoy a fun activity which could help improve your health and wellbeing. And you don’t have to be able to sing to join.
Both groups are led by Gail Hampshire, an experienced and enthusiastic singing leader, who is passionate about singing for health and wellbeing.
