We are delighted to launch our new Tennis for Wellbeing Programme in Penzance!
What’s it all about?
A friendly, free, 6 week tennis programme with a focus on helping to improve mental health and wellbeing.
The sessions are delivered by a qualified coach, open to all abilities, and equipment is provided.
What can I expect?
Enjoy an hour of tennis followed by time for socialising over a cuppa.
Learn new skills and have fun in a safe and supportive environment.
The sessions also provide social contact, opportunities for friendship, and access to peer and professional support.
How could it help my wellbeing?
Playing tennis provides so many benefits for both physical and mental health.
Whether you want to try tennis for the first time or would like to play again but haven’t picked up a racket in a while, tennis is a great way to get active, release endorphins and meet new people.
Starting Wednesday 29th June 11.30am – 1.00pm for 6 weeks.
