World Mental Health Day 2021

World Mental Health Day – 10th October 2021

Do one thing this World Mental Health Day and speak out against mental health inequality. For many years we’ve fought together for support and for respect for those who need us. But right now, our society is more divided than ever. Everywhere we look we can see inequalities determined by race, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation and class.

Access to mental health support is no different. The pandemic has only made this worse, putting the mental health of millions at risk.

It shouldn’t be like this. And we shouldn’t have to fight for the mental health support so many of us need. Access to mental health support is too often determined by where we live or who we are.

But we can change things. And that’s where you come in.

We’ve already done so much together, but this World Mental Health Day is a chance to speak out, spread the word and make that change happen. Do one thing and support better mental health in Cornwall.

Here’s how:

Donate to Cornwall Mind, because every penny we receive stays in Cornwall and helps to fund our vital wellbeing services.

Donate here

Signpost people to our services, because we won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets both support and respect.

Our support

Get involved, Cornwall Mind is an independently registered and funded charity dependent on fundraising and donations, to continue our vital work in the community.

Get involved

Because if we all do one thing, we can change everything.
