Write yourself well – a 6 week Creative Writing Workshop.
(Please note we do currently have a small waiting list for this workshop.)
During these two-hour online group sessions, we will write, explore and share together in a small group using a range of playful prompts to inspire poetry, prose and journal writing.
We all carry a wealth of stories within us, and writing is a pleasurable way of helping us to explore these and to make sense of our lives. You can continue using the creative writing skills learnt as a wellbeing tool to help stay well.
The workshops also provide social contact, opportunities for friendship, and access to peer and professional support.
No experience necessary, just bring yourself and a pen and paper or notebook/journal.
These sessions are free and will take place using the online meeting software Zoom.

My aim when signing up to this course was to give me a new tool for expressing and making sense of negative thoughts and feelings of anxiety. It has done that and so much more – Anne has been a brilliant facilitator, and working with the others to support and share has been great!
