Move for Cornwall Mind this winter!
Join our new challenge and give your mental health a boost. Set yourself a 31-day exercise and fundraising goal, and complete at least 31 minutes of daily exercise, in any form, each day throughout December OR January.
With 31% of us now experiencing high levels of anxiety, moving more could be a great start to prioritising your own mental health, while raising money to support better mental health in Cornwall.
What do I have to do?
Choose your challenge. You can do anything you like to take part in Move for Mind. Have a dance around your living room every day, have a jog around the park before work, or walk the coast each weekend. You can even team up and take it on with your friends too, so long as you’re moving and having fun!
Remember, it’s YOUR 31 day challenge whether its daily 31 minute workouts, walking 31 miles or completing 31 press ups a day over 31 days.

How do I take part?
Just choose your challenge, raise money and help us fight for better mental health.
It’s free to enter:

And if you raise £25 we’ll send you a Cornwall Mind t shirt to wear while you work out!
When is it happening?
Sign up anytime from December 1st to January 31st, and start your challenge whenever you like. Your 31 days don’t have to be one after another – take your time and have fun. Exercise is personal, so pace it out in a way that works, just make sure you’re finished by March 2nd.
