We all know that being active is good for our wellbeing and can boost self esteem, confidence and improve anxiety and mood difficulties.
Dance Centred have developed an exciting, creative and inclusive programme of dance open to all adults who want to get moving and invest in their mental health and wellbeing.
All sessions are offered on a donation only basis, pay what you can if you can.
