‘Cornwall on the Mind’ – the Cornwall Mind Art Auction is back!
We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our second Cornwall Mind online art auction.
Kindly supported by our two new headline sponsors, the Duchy of Cornwall and Coodes Solicitors, we’ve received an incredible response already from a growing number of high-profile artists and creative celebrities. Each one is donating a piece of original artwork, based on the new theme: ‘Cornwall on the Mind’.
Every penny raised will go towards much-needed support for people across Cornwall who are struggling with their mental health. As a charity we’re facing greater challenges now more than ever, both in terms of the numbers of people needing support and of complexity.
The Duchy of Cornwall is proud to support Cornwall Mind and the vital work they do. The art auction is a wonderful initiative, bringing together creativity and community to raise both awareness and vital funds.

We are really pleased to be supporting the Cornwall Mind Art Auction. It is a wonderful way to celebrate Cornwall’s creativity while also helping to start conversations about mental health and raise vital funds for Cornwall Mind.
Elise Alma, Chair of Coodes Solicitors
It follows our hugely popular auction in 2021, which featured 118 donated pieces of art and went on to raise over £32,000. A long list of artists and celebrities took part, including comedian Joe Lycett, pop legends Toyah and Kim Wilde, Alan Titchmarsh and BAFTA-winning actress Katherine Parkinson. There were donations from artists such as Alasdair Lindsay, Caroline Atkinson, Paul Jackson and Tim Shaw RA.
Among the artists who have already pledged their support for the second time are Anthony Frost, Daniel Cole, Lucy Davies, Emma Jeffryes and Joanne Short. We are also looking forward to welcoming some exciting newcomers… Watch this space!
I cannot think of a better organisation to support than Cornwall Mind, who do such a fantastic job in protecting, advising and giving support to people who are experiencing mental health problems. So I will be giving it my best shot to produce a piece of work that helps raise money for this fine organization and hopefully lots of other artists will do the same!

I’m proud to be a partner of Cornwall Mind and to support this important cause. This auction is a true double win, the chance to acquire a unique piece of art while helping Cornwall Mind support local people to improve their lives.

The art materials company, Daler Rowney, has also kindly donated all the high-quality paper for our special art packs, which are posted out to each artist.
