We’re very excited to be part of Cornwall Pride in Truro this year.
It takes place on Saturday 26 August 2023 from 11:45am – 8.00pm.
At midday Pride will march through the town centre of Truro. The march will begin at Hendra Park and finish at Lemon Quay.
Join us on Lemon Quay from 12:30pm as the Pride march finishes and the Pride celebration begins.
There’ll be live entertainment all afternoon and into the evening, with singers, comedians, dancers and a range of LGBTQIA+ supportive acts from across Cornwall.
All entertainment will be family friendly.
Celebrating all parts of who we are is vital to the fight for mental health.
Being LGBTQIA+ does not cause mental health problems. But some things we may go through as an LGBTQIA+ person can make us more likely to experience a mental health problem.
The impact that discrimination and isolation has on the mental health of LGBTQIA+ people is clear, and avoidable. That’s why we all need to do more to make sure things change – for the better.
Join us at Cornwall Pride to show your support, help us tackle discrimination and celebrate diversity and inclusion.
