Recovery Supporter

Hours of Work: Various

Base: Bodmin/Across Cornwall

Salary: £12.60 per hour

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled mental health group facilitator to lead mental health wellbeing groups for people experiencing a range of mental health challenges. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and facilitating group sessions that promote emotional wellbeing, help build coping strategies, and encourage peer support in a safe and inclusive environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in mental health settings, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to foster trust and engagement among group participants. This position requires sensitivity, professionalism, and a commitment to promoting recovery-oriented care and mental health awareness.
