Healthwatch and Taskmas raises £275 for Carrick Mind

This campaign raised a great amonut of money that will towards our University group

It’s almost time for Healthwatch Cornwall to launch its festive charity campaign, and we would like to ask you to take part and/or share across your networks.

It begins on Dec 1 and runs to Dec 12.

The #TaskMas social media campaign, inspired by the Taskmaster comedy show, is encouraging people to attempt one, or all, of 12 fun and festive challenges. For each try shared on Healthwatch Cornwall’s Instagram (and Facebook/Twitter pages) they will be donating £1* to Carrick Mind and our mental health project that supports students at Falmouth University. Participants will also be entered into a “thank you for taking part” prize draw.

This campaign is part of Healthwatch Cornwall’s ongoing wider research into mental health services in Cornwall. As well as hoping people will have fun while fundraising they will also be sharing information about where people can seek mental health support during the holiday season.
