New Bodmin walking group

We’re delighted to launch our new Bodmin Walking Group.

It starts on Monday 13th May  from 10 am – 12 noon.

Joining a walking group is a great way to stay active and connect with others. Research shows there’s more health benefits when we walk with others.

Exercise releases feel-good hormones that make you feel better in yourself and give you more energy.

Being physically active also gives your brain something to focus on and can be a positive coping strategy for difficult times. It’s a great stress reliever!

It can also help with:
