New group for Wadebridge

We’re bringing our 5 Ways to Wellbeing programme to Wadebridge.

It starts on Tuesday 16 April and runs from 1 – 3 pm for 6 weeks.

It’s for anyone over 18 that wants to improve their wellbeing.

Learn about each of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing and how you can incorporate them into everyday life. Explore ways to stay well and feel good.

Whatever challenges you may be facing in your life, we can help you build resilience and share tips and ideas to help you cope.
