Starting on the 10th August, every Thursday from 10 until 12 noon for 6 weeks.
Improving your mental health when you’re not feeling good can feel like a challenge, especially if you have lots to deal with in your life.
But the Five Ways to Wellbeing programme provides some simple steps which you can do every single day.
Learn about each of the Five Ways and how you can incorporate them into everyday life. It’s a friendly, no pressure group, with plenty of time for chatting over a cuppa too!
