New Group to launch in Par

We’re delighted to launch a 5 Ways to Wellbeing programme in Par.

Starting on the 21st March, every Thursday from 10 until 12 noon, for 6 weeks.

Take control of your mental health and wellbeing and join our free, face to face programme based around the 5 Ways to Wellbeing.

Learn about each of the 5 Ways and how you can incorporate them into everyday life.
