New Music Workshop in Penzance

Introducing our new free Healthy Rhythms Music Workshop in Penzance.

Starting on the 1st of July, every Monday for 6 weeks.

Music can have a positive impact on our mental health. We all have the ability to create and respond to music. Healthy Rhythms uses this connection to help people improve their emotional wellbeing.

Learn how to use musical instruments called PANArt® Hang to play beautifully soothing music. It’s a small, supportive group, and you don’t need any musical knowledge or experience to join in.

Healthy Rhythms provides an opportunity to find out more about our own musical abilities. Playing music in this way can help us to manage emotions, build self-confidence, and gain a sense of belonging.

As you explore the instruments, you’ll develop an understanding of how music can help you to communicate and express yourself. It’s an opportunity to help you make sense of things and understand yourself better.
