Cornwall Mind is proud to join the #CornwallShinesALight campaign.
On the 21st of December, the People in Mind partnership launched ‘Cornwall Shines a Light’, a campaign rooted in community, compassion, and hope.
Winter can sometimes feel challenging. Shorter days and colder weather often bring feelings of isolation or low mood, especially for those already finding things hard.
Remember you are not alone. Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly have many groups and organisations ready to listen, support you, and help you feel more connected.
