Singing in Mind is a singing group for anyone who wants to sing with others to improve their sense of wellbeing and happiness.
Studies have shown that singing can help boost mood and reduce stress.
It’s a safe and supportive environment with a chance to connect with others, benefit from peer support, and enjoy a fun activity to help improve your health and wellbeing. And you don’t have to be able to sing to join.
When? – The fourth Thursday of every month 2 – 4 pm.
What is it about singing that kind of releases stuff! After a good sing with people that understand, I feel lighter, more relaxed and less stressed. That heaviness in my chest is lifted a little. I was hesitant to join but it’s really helping.
