We couldn’t lead the fight for mental health without our volunteers. Cornwall Mind volunteers play a huge part in everything we do.
Volunteering can be a really rewarding and useful experience – and there’s probably more ways of doing it than you might think. From helping support our wellbeing groups, becoming a Trustee or helping organise our events. there are many ways you can give your time.
Here at Cornwall Mind we rely on our fantastic volunteers to help us deliver our services and support our day-to-day work.
We are very proud of the work that our volunteers do.
We offer a variety of roles and in return for your time and effort, we offer a supportive working environment, valuable work experience, involvement in social activities, the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge, access to training, supervision and out of pocket expenses.
Based around the 5 Ways To Wellbeing, our garden group provides opportunity to learn how to plant, nurture and harvest fruit, vegetables and flowers, creating a real sense of achievement, boosting confidence and self-esteem.
We’re looking for a volunteer to support our staff and help run the sessions.
