Creating Hope is a safe, supportive, and understanding space for anyone bereaved by suicide. The group offers an opportunity to connect with others who have experienced a similar loss, helping to reduce feelings of isolation and reminding you that you are not alone.
Through gentle creative activities such as art, mindfulness, and creative writing, participants can explore thoughts and feelings in a relaxed and non-judgemental environment. No artistic experience is needed and there is no pressure to share. You can take part in whatever way feels right for you.
Many people bereaved by suicide find it helpful to access support that recognises the unique impact of this type of loss. Alongside opportunities for creativity, the group encourages peer support, connection, and hope.
There is no time limit on grief, and your loss does not have to be recent. Whether you have been bereaved months or years ago, you will receive a warm welcome.
Creating Hope offers a space to create, connect, reflect, and find support alongside others who understand.
When? The group meets once a month on Mondays 10 am – 12 noon.
