Research suggests that arts and creative group activities may help with mental health problems, they can boost self-esteem, help express thoughts and feelings, and provide social interaction.

Being creative can provide a welcome distraction from life’s stresses, helping to reduce the symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Our Mindful Creations group is a safe and supportive space where people can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences through creativity.

Combining gentle mindfulness, art-making, writing, and creative activities, this group encourages self-expression and connection in a relaxed, non-judgmental environment.

No artistic experience is needed – just curiosity and an open mind.

Each session offers an opportunity to slow down, experiment with creative materials, and discover new ways to nurture your mental and emotional wellbeing.

Together, we will focus on self-care, resilience, and finding joy in the creative process.

When? – Wednesdays, every fortnight from 10 – 12 noon.
