Our Supportive Minds groups are based around the 5 Ways to Wellbeing – Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning, and Give. They are for anyone wanting to improve their mental health and wellbeing.
They provide a safe place for people to share, understand, and benefit from peer support.
It’s an ongoing group that aims to encourage people to talk openly about mental health, take part in wellbeing activities, and think more positively about the future.
The groups offer opportunity to learn new skills, connect with others, and provide a sense of belonging. It can really help to know you’re not alone in how you’re feeling.
Making small changes to your lifestyle can help to build your resilience so that you’re better prepared to deal with everyday life as well as difficult situations. This can help you to stay well and feel good about yourself.
Sessions are relaxed and friendly with plenty of time to chat and connect over a cup of tea.
