Christmas Jumper Day 2025

This December we’re inviting you to slip into your most festive knitwear to support Cornwall Mind.

Let’s come together and spread a little joy while making a meaningful difference. Transform your workplace, school or community space into a merry wonderland of tinsel and twinkling lights, all while raising vital funds for mental health right here in Cornwall.

Why take part?

This seasonal event isn’t just about fun – it’s a chance to support our local wellbeing services that offer hope, help, and recovery to those who need it most.

By taking part in a Christmas Jumper Day, you’re helping to make a real impact on the lives of those experiencing mental health problems, reminding everyone that they are not alone in their struggles.

You’ll also be helping to break down stigma surrounding mental health. Beyond laughter and your colourful sweaters lies an opportunity to spark conversation and shine a light on mental health challenges often faced in silence.

Every little donation counts, and every penny you raise stays in Cornwall, directly supporting our wellbeing services.

Here are some ways that your Christmas Jumper Day donations can help:

  • £3 could help us put our vital information in a local GP surgery, empowering people to take important first steps in seeking support from their doctor.
  • £5 could provide tea, coffee, and refreshments for people attending a support group, promoting the benefits of talking over a cup of tea.
  • £10 will pay for us to answer a call from someone in need of support.
  • £25 will help provide essential protective clothing, like gardening gloves, enabling people to engage in our allotment group and connect with nature.
  • £50 will help provide someone with one-to-one support, helping them to overcome barriers to good mental health so they feel less alone.

So gather everyone together, capture those festive photos, and let’s create a stronger community that champions better mental wellbeing for all.
