Join our new groups this spring
Whether you’re looking to meet new people, learn new skills, or simply find a supportive space to talk, our new groups are here to help you improve your mental health and wellbeing.
Walking Groups
- Redruth – Starts Thursday 9th April 10am – 12 noon every fortnight.
- Newquay – Starts Friday 10th April 10am -12 noon every fortnight.
- Truro – Starts Friday 17th April 10am – 12 noon every fortnight.
Supportive Minds Groups
These groups are based around the 5 Ways to Wellbeing – Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning, and Give. All the groups below run fortnightly.
- Hayle – Starting on the 15th of April 1.15pm till 3.15pm.
- Penzance – Starting Tuesday 7th of April from 2-4 pm.
- Wadebridge – Starting on Tuesday 14th April 1-3pm.
- Bodmin – Starting on Monday 20th April 2-4pm.
- Redruth – Starting Tuesday 28th of April 2-4pm.
- Boscastle – Starting on Wednesday 1st April 10am-12 noon.
