Mental Health Awareness Week 2026

Great mental health care is human.

It’s the kind voice at the end of the phone when you’re worried about rent and too unwell to work.

It’s the advisor who listens actively, rather than waiting for their turn to speak.

It’s the therapist who talks through what’s happened to you, not what’s ‘wrong’ with you.

This Mental Health Awareness Week (11-17 May), help us continue providing life-changing support that really does make a difference.

Get involved this Mental Health Awareness Week.

Your donation or the funds you raise will:

  • Helps us keep providing vital services for people in Cornwall.
  • Helps us continue the fight for better mental health.
  • Helps us challenge stigma.
  • Helps us give vital and trustworthyinformation about mental health.
  • Helps us keep people connected.

With your support, we can build a future where no mind is left behind.

Cornwall Mind helped me get my life back. The support I received changed not just how I cope, but how I see myself and my future.
