Cornwall Mind & Whistlefish – Stronger together

Whistlefish selection of cards

This May, ahead of Mental Health Awareness Week, Cornwall Mind is proud to be partnering with Whistlefish on a special greeting card campaign designed to encourage meaningful conversations and remind people of the importance of checking in with one another.

The campaign highlights how even the smallest gesture can have a lasting impact. A thoughtful card, kind message, or simple reminder that someone is being thought of can offer comfort and reassurance during difficult times.

Many of us have had the thought: “I should reach out.” “I must send a message.” But life often moves quickly, and those moments can pass by. For someone experiencing anxiety, loneliness, grief, or other mental health challenges, an unexpected message of support can make a real difference.

Whistlefish have thoughtfully designed a new range of greeting cards for this campaign. Through this collaboration, we hope to inspire more people to pause, connect, and show kindness to those around them – whether that’s a friend, family member, colleague, or neighbour.

With every purchase, a portion will be donated to Cornwall Mind, supporting our vital work across Cornwall. You will also have the option to add a donation at checkout if you would like to give a little more.

Mental Health Awareness Week provides an important opportunity to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and remind people that support and connection matter. Together, we hope this campaign encourages simple acts of compassion that help people feel seen, valued, and less alone.

Because sometimes, a small gesture can mean far more than we realise.

You can purchase the new range of cards here.
