Firewalk for Cornwall Mind – March 2026

Embark on the most inspiring journey of your life with a firewalk experience!

Picture yourself walking barefoot over red-hot wood embers, feeling the heat beneath your feet as you conquer your fears. No illusions, no special effects – just you and the fire.

Join us on Saturday 14th March at the stunning Pentillie Castle in St Mellion for an unforgettable night filled with excitement and empowerment. The firewalk will be led by the experienced team at Time4Change, who will guide you through a mandatory 75-minute training session before you take on the challenge.

We’re delighted to share that Cornwall Mind and Devon Mind are teaming up to host this event together! This exciting collaboration will not only raise much-needed funds for mental health in the Southwest, but will also promote awareness of the importance of mental health support in our local communities.

With one in four people experiencing a mental health problem, the need for our services has never been greater.

To be a part of this incredible experience, a registration fee of £35 is required, along with a minimum sponsorship of £100 to be raised for Cornwall Mind.

We’re also excited to offer an Early Bird discount! Throughout December, the entry fee is only £30 per person. Use the code EARLYBIRD when registering!
