Cornwall Mind incorporates and fully supports the national Mind Quality Mark (MQM) management system as our benchmark of quality in the provision of our services. The MQM is regularly audited and forms a key part of ensuring our commitment to quality in our organisational standards and performance. This requires the development and implementation of a number of key policies. These are designed to protect and assure our clients, volunteers, staff and supporters that we operate in a robust, safe and fair way.
